Information on the Inbound Student Spring Tour
Spring Orientation Camp
Camp Lutherhaven, near Coeur d’Alene, Idaho
May 1st to May 3rd

Note that Short-Term students and Parents will be excused Saturday after Dinner.
Long-Term Students and parents will be excused around 1:30 on Sunday.
| Attendance is required for inbound students. All future outbound long-term and short term students and at least one parent of an outbound student (preferably both parents) are required to attend. Outbound parents will have separate sleeping arrangements. Dads will be lodged in cabins with male students and moms will be lodged in cabins with female students. |

| Arrival Students and parents need to arrive Friday evening, May 1st, between 7:00 pm and 9:00 pm. You need to eat dinner before arrival. |
| What to bring Sleeping bag, water bottle, pillow, towel, warm clothing for evening, rain coat, toiletries. Inbound Students need to bring their flags, blazers, pins, and sturdy shoes for hiking. |
| Fees Club Youth Exchange Representatives: No fees. The Host Clubs of Inbound students are required to pay $185.00 US Dollars for the weekend for each student. Outbound Students and Parents/Accompanying Adult: No Fees Rebound Students: No Fees YEO attendance not required. Additional Guests: We do not allow additional family members or siblings to attend. The weekend cost for adult guests (of staff) is $185 US Dollars. The cost for one night only is $148.00 US Dollars . Fees are paid on arrival at camp to the designated Treasurer.
