| Attendance is required for inbound students. All outbound long-term and short term students and at least one parent of an outbound student (preferably both parents) are required to attend. |
| Location Camp Lutherhaven, near Coeur d’Alene, Idaho click HERE for directions. NOTE: cell service coverage is minimal, we advise you print appropriate directions before leaving home. |
| Arrival Students and Parents need to arrive Friday evening, May 12th between 7:00 pm and 9:00 pm. You need to have dinner before arrival. |
| What to bring Sleeping bag, water bottle, pillow, towel, warm clothing for evening, toiletries. |
| Fees Club Youth Exchange Representatives: No fees. Inbound students are required to pay $141.00 for the weekend. Host Clubs are responsible for payment. Outbound Students and Parents/Accompanning Adult: No Fees Rebound Students: No Fees YEO attendance not required. Additional Guests: We do not allow additional family members or siblings to attend. The weekend cost for (guests) adults is $172 and $141 for youth. The cost for Saturday night only (guests) is $125 for adults and $105 for youth. Fees are paid on arrival at camp to the designated Treasurer. |
