Application Process
- Contact your local Rotary Club (Club Locator Link) and tell them of your interest or send us an email and we’ll let you know who to contact in your area.
- To apply, follow the instructions carefully to complete the online applicationforms below by the date indicated. Local Rotary Club interviews of the student and parents occur in October. After approval from that process, students are interviewed by the District Committee In December. If selected to go on an exchange, there are remaining forms to complete along with a registration fee to be paid. Note that some items required with the submission can take additional time to obtain birth certificate, school transcript, and (if available) passport.
