Mandatory event for all District 5080 inbound students. Everyone needs to come on Friday Night.

Get your winter gear ready!! Snowshoeing, skating, swimming, & more.
Inbound Student COST: $150.00 US Dollars.
Clubs will make payments to “RI District 5080 Youth Exchange”. Information on “Options for Payment (Link).”
Costs YEO and Chaperones: $10 Canadian for each meal and each event.
Pay in cash to “Rossland Rotary Club.”
Board Members: District 5080 Youth Exchange will cover their costs.

What to bring to the Winter Weekend
Sleeping bag, pillow, and mat to sleep on
Personal toiletries
Towel (2) and facecloth
Warm winter clothes, (jacket, snow pants, warm socks (and an extra pair), winter gloves, toque, long underwear and good winter boots suitable for walking. You will be outside a lot and need to be warm and dry!
Helmet
Bathing suit
Ice skates (if you have them otherwise we will rent a pair)
Clean shoes for curling
Snowshoes (If you have them otherwise we will try to borrow a pair)
Water bottle
Small pack for carrying lunch and water to cabin
Spending money
Your speech
